It was Nicholas II who left a margin of safety for Russia’s future economic growth. Thoughtful state administration and folk talent is an alliance that has transformed Russia from an agrarian into an industrial country and raised it to the level of the advanced countries of the world.
The Tsar left us the concept of nationally oriented power, when the government and the elite are obliged to think about their people. Nicholas II left a margin of safety for further economic development of Russia.
We, Russians, have people and things to be proud of. The world civilization was raised by Russians.
